Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order and customized, so processing may take [3- 7] business days before shipping.
Please place your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship via Aramex / Qatar Post.  Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

• Local: 5–7 business days
  

• International: 7–14 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, holidays, or customs processes.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided (if applicable). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged in transit or lost by the courier, please contact us within 2 days of expected delivery with photos and order details. We will assist in filing a claim and resolving the issue
